Bookings and Cancellation Policy.

Fees for workshops and seminars.

Those wishing to attend courses and programmes run by Tariki Trust will make bookings in accordance with instructions on the website.

Bookings for Tariki Trust seminars and workshops are usually made through the Eventbrite or Mighty Networks platforms. In the event of cancellation by the participant (which is allowed up until 7 days before the event starts), the website booking fees will not be refunded.

In the event of cancellation by the participant within 7 days of the start of the event, the attendee will be liable for the full fee.

Tariki Trust reserves the right to refuse without question any application to attend or participate in courses and programmes run under its auspices.

In the case of an event being cancelled by Tariki Trust, any payments which have been made will be fully refunded. Tariki Trust cannot however be held liable for any other expenses incurred.

Fees on longer programmes (eg online units or the full Ten Directions programme).

Students joining longer programmes are required to agree payment methods in advance of joining the programme. An initial payment will be required before first attendance.

Training Programme fees which have already been paid will not generally be refunded once the programme has been started, although it is at the discretion of the staff team to make part refunds if a large sum has been pre-paid.

Students paying in instalments will be liable to continue payments until they have covered the cost of courses attended.

If a potential student decides not to enrol prior to starting attendance but after having paid fees, fees will be refunded minus an administrative fee of £100.
